Depends on who you talk to. Personally I don't think it would be that hard. You can't do it in an hour obviously, but it can and has been done. I've seen someone stuff a Prelude 2.0 into a 96 civic lx that was once an auto.

I plan on doing an engine and tranny swap with my LX in the future.
