your only hope for 200+ hp out of the box would be an h22a. The best JDM one makes 220 crank hp, which shoud mean roughly 190 to the wheels. The more common US one makes 180-200 crank hp, so figure 160-175 to the wheels.

If youre willing to build, you can get similar numbers out of a b18c or cr-vtec, but you'll end up spending way more.

:edit: The H22a swap runs around $2200, plus about $500 in mount kits and extra parts. The 220hp JDM h22a will be a bit more.
