I purchased a 97 DX HB with a welded on 2.5" exhaust. The heat shield located at the first turn in the rear of the car rattled during acceleration. I had the car on a lift and using a small pry bar bent the shield away from the exhaust shaking it up and down and right to left. After a few tries it didn't rattle at all.
