you could also pick up a fifth gen hatch or coupe for way under 4k if you are just planning to swap the motor anyway then the milage on the motor doesnt matter. My buddy picked up his 95 coupe for a lil over 2k with 100k miles on it, and he is doin a gsr swap in the spring. I would love to get a rex, but you have to ask yourself if you are ever gonna have other passangers, do you need room to haul stuff around etc..
