I actually just bottle it all in. I'm not trying to be funny or whoring. That is what I actually do. Once in a while the bottle will pop and I've lost control. Since then I've come to realize what is about to happen and I stop myself.

People say it's not good to bottle things in, like anger. I say it depends on the size of your bottle. I used to have a very small bottle. I've learned to expand the size as needed.
