it could be that your PCV valve is bad. It could not be stopping oil from getting into your intake manifold.

Also, your intake manifold gasket could be allowing coolant into the intake and then into the head. There's a channel through your intake manifold that goes into the head where coolant flows. It's a square hole on the back/distrib. side of the head.
