Default Please help: Oil in throttle body and burning anti-freeze

i have a b18c in my 95 civic and it has been burning alot of anit-freeze so i assumed it was my head gasket. i bought a new toda multi layer headgasket and when i went to put it in, it seems as if the head gasket it fine. i see no visable problems with it.
It looks to me like there is oil in throttle body and intake manifold. The combustion chamber is also very dirty. I also have three CEL codes which are Idle Air Control, 02 sensor, and one other one that had to do with the idle.
The anit-freeze in the bolck seems to be very clean and the oil when i draned it seems to be clean also. and the engine has also always burned abit of oil (about a quart in 2000 miles).
i will be posting pics in a few hours or in the morning. Please help and give me some idea as to what is wrong. thanks alot in advance.
