on my Apple, an enhanced CD just shows up as 2 CDs on my desktop. 1 disc is all the audio, the other is the bonus stuff.

so when i play out of iTunes, it plays just the audio, and i can rip it to AAC or MP3 no problem.

i have no idea if that helps at all
