Default D16z6 JDM or USDM Question?

Hello, I have been reading around the board and it seems like most here are pretty smart about the JDM engines.

I just bought a 95 Civic Ex Coupe from a family member who did an engine swap because the original motor was blown...

I was told that the new motor was purchased in Texas and was imported from Japan with 30,000 miles on it.

I looked at the engine id codes and found D16Z6, along with a couple of other numbers, namely "HA" and the Tranny number (I think it's the tranny number) "S20-2354462".

I have found tons of info on the net about the motor with the D16Z6 id, but all of it has been about the USDM version, so my question is:

1. Does a JDM D16Z6 exist? If so why would the USDM version be a 1.6 and the JDM version be a 1.8 (I was told mine was a 1.8, but doubt it)

2. If there is a JDM D16Z6, how can I compare it to the popular B16 series, as far as specs like the HP and Tourqe?

Thanks for any help.
