For about a month and a half I have been hearing a knocking noise coming from the front right of my car. I had numorous people agree with me that I had a busted cv axle. I sent it to the shop and they told me there was nothing wrong with my cv axle. There is a guy at my mom's work who is like a car expert etc. etc. and she tld him my problem. He asked her a few questions about my car and then straight up told her I f'ed my car up. He said that more than likely I have a cracked tie rod and very much needed to park my car til it was fixed. Sad thing is all adds up because it didn't start hapening til I lowered my car and that could be why they didn't find anything wrong with my cv axle at the shop. I'm also parked at college and my house and repair shop is 45 minutes down the road. Was told this is going to cost me nearly $500-$600 to repair. Does this sound like it could be the tie rod to yall and if not what else could it be? Sorry for my ranting but this is pretty important....:sad:
