Ya, air cylinders will not be good for performance. I did read something in one of the new magazines about a new set of cylinders that they're using on the track for the WRX. Not sure if they're made for honda/acura yet.
I briefly read that article too. I belive it cost them a penny to get it, and it was a bitch to put them on.
