I think people here are a bit more receptive to five door hatchbacks than three door ones. Probably because of cheapie specials like the Hyundai Excel and Plymout Colt. Still if you look at sales of cars where there are both hatch and sedan or coupe versions, the ones with trunks tend to do the best.
