no, inner lights are not fogs. someone started that retarded rumor a long time ago.

in japan and europe, the h4 act as low beams and high. the h1's act as aux. driving lights. there's a 15-degree spread (pretty much a pencil beam) and they shine down the road like nobody's business.

fog lights are suppose to be wide and short. anyone with a pair of depos or real stanley lights can tell you that the h1's are neither wide, nor short in illumination.
