I haven't seen an aftermarket valve cover like this but it shouldn't be too hard to modify one. Don't lose the whole cover though... Just enough to gain access to the bolts. There was a thread not too long ago on the same topic, and exposed cam gears pose a real danger to both the mechanic and the car (i.e. debris getting in the timing belt area).
