I swapped mine out in favor of a non-power rack. The swap was pretty straight forward and easy as long as you can get the front of the car high enough off the ground. If your car is lowered, your going to need to get an alignment right away and you should regardless because the rack is not going to be aligned.

I know with mine, I had so much toe out after the swap that I could not even drive my car. I had to do my own alignment in my garage just to get it good enough to drive to the dealership.

oh....integra racks don't fit 6th gen civics so you need a non power 6g rack. I got mine from car-parts.com for $35 from a local junk yard. Search on there and you'll find one close to you very easily.
