"not too stiff and not too bouncy"...

If you don't want something too stiff, stick with sport springs over race springs.

If you don't want anything too bouncy (ie bouncing after you hit the bump) upgrade to performance shocks with your new springs.

I honestly think the sport springs by H&R, Eibach, and Neuspeed are all going to be about the same. In fact Neuspeed is made by H&R. I've heard Eibach is almost like a stock ride, which would be a little soft for my tastes, but if you get adjustable shocks like Koni or Tokico, you can crank them up as stiff as you want.

I have the H&R sports, mated to Koni adjustable sports, I like it. The front is another .25" lower by using a lower perch on the Koni's.

My car to give you an idea of the drop. Just look at the wheel gap, because my car is lower to the ground due to the lip kit.
