okey, u went and tried out T-mobile. then cancel it to get the 200 deals on Amazon.com. But you can't open that amazon line since u had that account withint 90 days. The guy told u to reopen that line AND open a new line. he also told u that you can cancel the first line later on.

You did and found out that T-mobile charged u the ETF fee for the first line and activation fee for the new line.

Here's my tip to get the ETF and activation fee back. Call T-mobile and ask them to merge the 2 lines together to a family line. Then you'll have one account. After everything is settle -24-48 hrs, call T-mobile and ask them to waive the activation fee because you have the family account. With enough credit, they should do that. It works for me. Be polite. If they said they can't, you then tell them that you'll cancel both lines since you were told that you can waive the activation fee when you merge into the family account. They won't give up on a big fish like you just to get that small activation fee, so they'll waive it for sure. Remember, be polite, with a calm voice.

Next day, call T-mobile again and have them delete a line. Same deal. They have to do that because they rather give up on a line than loose both. REMEMBER to be polite, friendly, and talk with a calm and mature voice.
