Default T-Mobile Dealer Screwed Me Intentionaly (long story) need help

I saw a deal on Amazon that gives you cash back (sometimes $200 depending on phone/carrier) when you sign on with new service and a new phone. I didn't want to get it without trying it first cause I heard T-Mobile sucks, but I wasn't sure about my area. I had already tried AT&T, but the customer service was bad, had to wait at least 30 min to talk to one. Also the data plan sucked. That was canceled in about a week.

Then I tried T-Mobile. I liked it, the data plan was great, good reception in my area, I'm in. I tried to get the deal on Amazon, but they wouldn't let me cause I had service within the last 90 days (they told me 6 mths at first, but it's really 90 days).

The reason I wanted cash back was to pay for the early termination fee from Verizon. I lost my phone and it was cheaper to switch carriers and pay $175 then it was to buy a new phone. They said I'd have to pay full retail price.

I thought it was an Amazon thing, so I went to a Keyosk. Same thing happened, I'd have to re-activate the canceled line and I am inelligible for any rebates since it's not technicaly a "new line" anymore.

The guy came up with a brilliant idea and said I could re-activate the first line, then open up a line with him and get the rebate, then after a few days, cancel the first line and keep the new line. How's that for beating the system .

I called to re-activate and she wanted the IMEI number and a Sim card number. He gave that to me, only it didn't work the first two times he wrote it down...(hmmm...). The third time it works and I'm in business. I ask her if I need to pay the activation fee and she says yes. I tell him and he says he'll talk to his supervisor and they'll take care of it (remember this for later).

Later that night I realize that if they're charging me an activation fee (something they wouldn't do on a new account if it's less than the 14 day trial period) they must be charging me a fee to terminate early. I call and sure enough I was right. I went down there and told him I'd have to pay the Early termination fee and he said he'd take care of that too. Just cancel servise first (somethings fishy). He wanted the number, I forgot it, so I called later and told him. Then I just wanted to confirm that he would credit me the $200 PLUS the $35 activation. He acts suprised and accused me of not mentioning the ETF fee. WTF, he's the fuqing phone dealer, he should know these things. I'm sure he did, but was trying to put it all on me like it's my fault. I yell at him back and he says again that he'll talk to his supervisor and they'll take care of it .

I get the name and number of the district manager and call it. It's the same damn guy. I call today and his wife answers, I ask for Jim Brundage, she say there's nobody by that name. That she and her husband own that thing and there's nobody above them. I asked T-Mobile again and there is somebody that is in charge, she was just being a bitch.

I called T-Mobile more times than I ever wished to but one lady told me (and I confirmed with another rep) that he HAS to give me that phone that he used to activate that line with along with the sim card.

Now I know why he kept telling me to cancel that line. It's cause he wasn't supposed to do it. I don't know if it's illegal, or what sort of repercussions may come of it, but that's the only thing I have on him. What can I do with it and how far can I go?

Oh, and I can't cancel the new line cause I already ported my number from Verizon, which he was sooo quick to do.
