Catalytic converter
Engine light in the brother's car went on so he spent $70 for honda to diagnose the problem. Said it was the catalytic converter and wanted 900!!!! dollars to install a new one. He hung up after that and ran up there to get the car back before he got raped.
Anyways, I know there are cheaper alternatives. The car's tagged for the next 2 years so we don't really have to worry about emissions, so would a straight throught work or find a used or new oem replacement? Any thoughts?
Thanks, Mike
