tie rods are easy, just soke them down with nut buster, mark where the tie rod end is adjusted too on the threads of the tie rod, and spin the tie rod end back to that position, that way you wouldnt have to align it, and by the way light stress cracks wont hurt nothing, matter of fact you might be able to turn them out, if there not already too thin, just dont got from 120 to 0 in 5 seconds.
