u know i have heard this before, my ex-gf's stepdad was a mitsu dealer, and he had some spiel about how easy it is to crossthread the oil drain plug :eh:

never happened to me.

in fact i dont think its possible without using an air tool.

the threads are big and course, ud have to really be an idiot or trying really hard crossthread that bolt...

can't happen to my lude now, i have the FRAM quick drain installed. takes me 7 minutes to change my oil, NO TOOLS, only a jack
