I have replaced rotors and pads on my Integra and it is really not all that hard. You just need an impact driver to break the screws free on the rotor. Otherwise it is pretty simple to do. I did mine just by looking at it and taking it apart and was able to figure it out.

As for the tie rods I have never done them but it is something I would certainly attempt to do as well.
