For my 96 integra, I just tune to the radio station I want to preset and hold on to the number until you hear a beep. For example if I wanted to set station FM 94.9 to preset #1, I would select FM, tune to 94.9, and then hold onto the #1 button. It should be the same for your car. Do this for the rest of your stations that you want to preset. I believe you can preset 12 FM stations and 6 AM stations.
