Im 5'7 and weigh around 185 daily right now. My body weight goes up in down in matter of days. I can be at 190 one day, the next im at 183. But I worked out in 8th grade from spring to summer and I got lots of compliments of losing weight. But now I just keep on growing and getting bigger. Im now back on a work out plan of monday, wed, and friday working out for 45 minutes. 12 of those minutes is running just about 1.25 miles.
I now am in lacrosse conditioning for 6 weeks tuesday and thursday. Im only going to lift weights on friday and sunday now. But hope this plan works out for now.
Then Lacrosse practice every day for 2 months straight, and b-ball rec games every week and possibly football over summer for next season. dunno about football though.
