The dealer partially stripped my oil pan threads as well, and they're not willing to fix it for me. Just barely leaking oil now, but I gotta figure something out before next oil change or before leak gets worse. I'd really rather not have to pull my oil pan off - any ideas for an easy fix?

I've seen some rubber plugs that expand as you tighten a nut, they're supposed to provide a tight seal. Anyone used these?
