as far as the motor being stolen or checking the vin i'm not sure. My friend just mentioned this as i was leaving somebody's house...the next time i see him i plan on asking questions...but that whole thing struck me by surprise.

by the way...the 99 ex has a stock curb weight of 2513...thats what the specs on the car says. I haven't taken any steps toward weight reduction yet...but I think the B18C1 would be a great place to start.

I'll be sure to post again once i find out the mileage and etc on the motor.

I've read that the Integra itself with this motor has been clocked at low 14s (the Integra weighing in the 2400 lb range)...so high 14s or 15 flat is what my guess would be.
