i don't know about the dealership you are working with, but at the one i work at, our goal is to have everycar drive out in better condition than it drove in. and that includes noises.

when you go in this time, ask to speak to the general manager of the dealership. they couldn't give a rats ass about asbestos or non-asbestos; they just want to keep you as a customer.
