Wether or not your car was made in Japan, USA, Mexico or Canada, if it comes here and is sold here it should, regardless of its place of origin, have the same setup across the board (technician has to work on it still, right?). Call your local Honda House and ask them if they are the same/compatible. If they are and the Japanese one is higher price, why bother?
