So anyway back to the original topic since this has spiraled out of control, the best VTEC controller is the A'PEXi V-AFC. However I must point out that with simple bolt-on mods you will not gain any power from having a VTEC controller and its primary function will to sit on the dash and look cool and you can tell people that don't know anything about cars that it's your VTEC controller.
