Default Hard to push pedal after replacing clutch.

Hi.

I just had my clutch and pressure plate replaced on a 98 LS. Used and exedy Daikin kit, wich is the same one the car had.

Also I got the clutch pedal adjusted to be at the same height as the brake pedal. (used to be 1 inch higher).

Now the clutch is harder to push than it was beafore, there is no other problem exept for this.

I have the following questions:

1) Is it normar for a clutch to have the pedal harder to push when new?

If not, do you think that it is harder due to the pedal adjustment or is it a problem with the Pressure plate?

2) What is the correct height for the clutch pedal on a new Integra?

3) Is there a break in period for new clutches? If so how many miles.

Thanks,

Rebecca L.
