Honda doesn't have the plug there it is located on the passenger side under the dash by the heater controls. It is kind of hard to locate if you don't know what you are looking for. And like I said earlier you don't need the DTC connector on a honda or acura because they have the two wire connector that you can jump and it will give you the codes that are stored. OBD II on the other hand is more specific because they have general codes that everybody uses and then manufacturer specific codes that you need a scanner for but on OBD I you really don't need a scanner for a honda or acura.
