I can't think of any one specific thing that goes out or is bad on integras. Just normal wear and tear type of things like on any cars. One thing partial to hondas is that you want to have your valves adjusted periodically, espically if you are racing your car. Other than that I'd say go for it.

:edit: actually, valve adjustment should be done on every car.
