ok i didnt punch him but i wanted to. this is what happened:
I went into a local performance shop called VSV Performance and i was just kinda looking around. I realized i needed new spark plugs so i was gonna buy a set. I asked the guy behind the counter which spark plugs would be best for my civic. He said "these" and handed me a set of NGK OEM plugs. I knew that they were the best plugs so i bought them. They were $25 dollars for 4. I didnt think this price seemed too outrageous because the bosch's i had on my old car were about the same price.
I realized later that the price for OEM was kinda steep. So i went to Pep Boys and found THE EXACT SAME PLUGS for $1.99 a peice, same barcode number and everything! so i bought them for like $8.50.
Then i proceeded back to VSV with the their spark plugs, and Pep Boy's spark plugs and said "i want my money back because i just bought these exact same plugs, and a fawking pepsi for under $10 at Pep Boys!"
The guy new he had been owned, so he gave me my cash back. It felt so good to make him feel stupid for ripping me off. stupid @$$hole.
Not to mention that when i bought them in the first place, he told me that he had dyno'd a civic with bosch plugs, then switched to NGK and gained 10whp!! what a TOOL.
have you ever worked retail?? i'm suuure you owned him.
he was the one who priced those plugs anyways
you also screwed up for taking him seriously after he gained hp on a civic with spark plugs.
