yup....exhausts tend to gain the power in the upper R's and drop a little in the low and mid range. The intake itself should gain pretty much all around (mostly in the high end). Reason for all this is cause our engines need back pressure. When you make the exhaust piping larger, you loose back pressure...but it increases air flow which gains you power in the higher RPMs.

You didnt waste your money. As you modify your car more these mods will become more influentail (i guess thats the right word to use) as to how much power you are puting down.
