dont screw the 240 sx. a 240 with an sr20det swap will leave _a lot_ of $$ for mods, and will be way cheaper than a 300zxtt. S14s can be had for 5k and up , sr engines can be had for ~$2k from a reputable engine seller.
the z32-tt isnt bad either tho. get some upgraded intercoolers, downpipe, exhaust, and intakes. You'd be good for ~450 hp on stock turbos. and by the way, you dont put headers on car, rezza
