I kinda suspected it all along, but I figured Honda must think they hold up pretty well, if they put it in the fuel tank itself.
I wonder if it could be a warranty item.

Well,.. there's only one problem.... the filter I'm talking about is not in your tank, it's on the firewall under your brake master cylinder.
