yes i have kept most names and detailed records and stuff. since the car was brand new i even had the service manager sign a detailed letter that the car was perfect after the first occurrence and if anything more happened he was responsible. the dealership after the first problem gave me a free major service and a full detail in the spring. I am going to keep reporting to American honda the progress and supposedly I am told they will extend my warranty to 7yrs/100K with 0 deductible. does anyone know how i can go about convincing honda to give me one of these??
