and in my random image search I come across an image that makes me curious of what it has to do with the term I put in.

When I click it I go to a site that has some rather angr and disturbing images...nothing graphic just very racial in its motivation. So I think maybe I just didn't get the context so I type in the main address of the site and realize I was correct to begin with in my assumption.

It was most definitley a hate site.

So the question I have is why do these sites exist on the web? Isn't there some governing body that removes these types of sites from the web?
