Ha, you make it sound like Nissan engines can't rev at all.

Luckily enough for us, Honda engines are pretty well built. They are designed to take the revs very well, but high RPM operation will still wear down any engine.

I have seen a large number of B-series engine blocks for sale with spun rod bearings as a direct result of high revs, though.
