So for awhile now, my eyes keep doing this weird shifty thing. It's kinda hard to explain...
Usually at night, if I'm just sitting like watching TV or reading or whatever, the image that I'm seeing starts jumping back and forth like crazy. I assume it is my eyes moving involuntarily, but no one is ever around to see it and tell me if they are actually moving or not. It's kinda like watching TV and the cameraman starts shaking the camera back and forth really fast, except everything in my field of view is moving. I also get kinda dizzy and/or nauseous at the same time. It usually goes away in 5-10 minutes. If I move my head, it will stop, but start again as soon as my eyes settle back on whatever I was doing.
This ever happen to any of you guys? I thought it was maybe vertigo, but I don't seem to have any of the correct symptoms, and when I looked it up, it mentioned nothing about shifty eyes. I asked the NP about it last time I was at the doctor's office, but it didn't seem to ring any bells for her. Any ideas? I don't like it!
