Yeah, removing the bumper is probably the fastest and easiest way to do it I think. Plus if you want, you can also remove your headlights and get rid of the ugly amber color strip in them! That's what I did, both things at one time. Just be very careful when popping those plastic looking screws on the bottom of the bumper between the plastic covers, because they break pretty easy and you'll have to go running to the damn dealer to get some pieces that are worth about $0.01 and they charge you like almost $0.50 each!!
