Probably not. Minor stuff like car color, even car make can be changed in the courtroom. So "Honda MDX" and "Nissan Mustang" isn't enough to get the ticket thrown out...they'll just correct it. What IS enough is if they write the wrong date, or wrong tag #, or something like that. Often things like that get thrown out before you even get to the trial stage. They'll call you or send a letter saying "This charge has been cleared due to administrative error" or something like that. But that's fairly rare.
By the way, what is "30 day driving priviledge"? Can't drive for 30 days? Can only drive for 30 more days? I've never heard of that.
