GT car my ass, it's a direct improvement over the first gen. It isn't porky and plush like a GT car, either. It doesn't look like it, but the FC's actually are a bit lighter then the FD's and have pretty much the exact same performance potential. Don't confuse the second gen with a Supra or 3000GT, it is a much lighter car of a more performance oriented design.

I do agree about the FD's being fragile, but that is more of a result of the vacuum and electrical systems, amoung other things. The 13B-REW engine actually is stronger then both 13BT engines, however the -REW just doesn't last as long. Weird.

Oh, and stay far away from '93 FD's unless you want to rebuild the whole car, fast.
