i think i already know the answer to this question but i have a few friends yappin about how upgrading their springs and struts didnt change the handling of their cars..... it has me second guessing where to put my money....

i was looking into the tokico illumina set (springs and struts) or the tokico performance kit (springs and struts) my friend can get either kit for a good price...

what is the general concensus around here?
