if by 'jazzed up element' you mean it kind of looks like an element because it's boxy, but everything else about it is not element-like, then yeah, i agree. 
The interior is similar........the speedo is identical......everything just has an extra layer of silver plastic here, and an extra cutout there......that's it. Notice the rubber flooring too.
