You're talking about the stripped down model. You could use the same argument for everything, like unpainted door handles to crank windows (they're Powered in Gen 7, but it's the first to be so). It probably wouldn't cost that much more, but they're trying to save costs. And an extra two speakers do save money.
At least Honda is making the stripped down version available gotta give them a :thumbup: for that
