I know that I have to buy struts, shocks, and a chamber kit but I'm not too sure on ball joints, anchor bolts negative and positives. What should I do before I have someone install all of this can he tell me if everything is correct and I'm not going to have a significant wear on the inside of my tires. I just need some input on all of this so please help.......
if you are going to run 2.0 inches or lower, a CAMBER kit is recommended if you want to save your tires and daily drive the car.
ball joints are neither better nor worse than the anchor bolts. ball joints need to be pressed in by a machine shop and may require more $$ to do so on top of getting the suspension aligned.
as far as anchor bolts and the upper control arms, they both extend the supsension about .25 to .5 inches outward. this setup may start to rub your upper control arms against the chassis or even bang the chassis on bumps.
as with any suspension mod that requires you to take apart the suspension...always get an alignment afterwards. camber is not the only tire killer.

Get either an Ingalls (sp) or Skunk2 camber kit (S2 is the upper A arm and has a sliding mount - rumors that it can slide, but never actually seen or heard it happen).
What size rims are you running on? 3.0" is a hell of a drop, do you like scraping your bumper? Do you have a body kit? If so, I'd seriously reconsider this. jmo
the skunk2 ball joints are known to deteriorate.

i was that low (if not lower) and the camber kit didn't help.
did you get an alignment to fix the toe in/out?
