This is his description:

Around 40 miles per-hour the car will turn towards the right but he just got it aligned that day. Also you will hear this big bump noise like if you put a baseball card in your wheel spoke but it would be slower. Its like its hitting something.

He just got 16 inch American Racing rims but he does not know how wide or what the offset is.

You guys have any ideas?
