You have your terms incorrect - I think.
An Bseries motor only uses one half-shaft. It's a shaft that connects on the driver's side from the tranny to mid motor where it bolts to the back of the engine. From here, the axle connects and then continues on into the wheel hub.
Bseries motors all have a half-shaft. Dseries motors don't.
If you're swapping a Bseries into a car that didn't previously have a Bseries, you will have to get a Bseries half-shaft.
