Actually I'm not looking for springs or whatnot. I have the Tein SS with upgraded springs. I'm just looking to see what the difference as far as the spring rate in each is.
jschmid: That is partly what I'm looking for...but kgf is kilogram/force...so the number would be higher.
Well another item to look at is linear rate vs. progressive rate springs.
Progressive rate is softer and more for ride quality and looks, it will handle but will allow for a little more body roll because of the softer spring.
Linear rate is more for performance and less forgiving when it comes to bumps and offers less roll in the corners because of the stiffer spring rate and design.
Both are good but they do have specific uses which should be part of the consideration rather than just the spring rate numbers themselves.
